Refund Policy

Courses

  • Cancel 72+ hours before start: full refund or free reschedule
  • Inside 72 hours: one free reschedule or 12-month store credit (cash refund only if law/Jonathan requires)
  • We cancel (weather/safety/instructor): full refund or free reschedule
  • No-show: no refund; courtesy reschedule at Jonathan’s discretion
  • Removed for safety/policy breach: no refund

FOLLOW75 discounts refund at the amount actually paid.

Merch

Unworn with tags within 14 days: refund or exchange. Defective/wrong item: replace or refund (fix first).

Digital stencils

Generally non-refundable once delivered, except defective/wrong file. Fin sizes are estimates until verified on a real fin.

Enrollment Closer drafts refunds; Jonathan approves before any refund is issued.
